With a new space comes new opportunities. Thanks to the new and improved sewing corner in the elaundry Stone's Corner shopfront, we have welcomed a whole new sewing team who can tailor, alter and custom create anything your heart desires.
This weekend, one of our own girls, Lauren, is participating in the QADS Queensland Dancesport Titles. This got Toni-Maree thinking, what if we could create and dry clean costumes for dancers? Think ballroom and ballet - sequins, feathers and other embellishments. Our award-winning Tailor, Clint has taken it upon himself to design Lauren's future ballroom costumes for the National Dancesport titles. See below for his amazing sketches. We can't wait to see the designs brought to life.
If you are interested in having costumes designed, come along to the QAD Titles at the Greek Club & Convention Centre in Southbank this Saturday, 20th November to support our local Brisbane dancers and to meet the elaundry sewing team.
